We are committed to protecting the privacy of our patient's personal information and to utilizing all personal information in a responsible and professional manner.

We collect information from our patients such as names, home and work information, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, credit card information, banking information etc. We collect this information to contact patients and responsible parties regarding scheduling or account issues.

Financial information may be collected in order to make arrangements for the payment of services.

If we are ever considering selling all or part of our dental practice, qualified potential purchases may be granted access as part of the due diligence process to patient information in order to verify information to the potential sale. If this occurs, we will take steps to ensure that the prospective purchaser safeguards all personal information.

We are regulated by both the Alberta Dental Association and College and the Canadian Association of Orthodontists, which may inspect our records and interview staff as part of their regulatory activities in the public interest.
